- Check if « Mic Volume » is selected and if the volume level is high.

- PLEASE NOTE: Most desktop computers have a FRONT and REAR Mic

available, please be sure the correct input is selected.

- After making these adjustments, test the microphone with SOUND

RECORDER.

- If the test is successful, proceed to Step 3 above.
